On December 23, 2017, MIDA Group held a 2018 New Year’s celebration at MIDA Resort Kanchanaburi.

According to the 2016 Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2016, regarding the second issuance and sale of warrants to purchase new ordinary shares (MIDA-W2), the holders of the warrant may exercise the offering right to purchase the shares for the second time on December 29, 2017, with details as follows:
